Research
Research is important whether it is gaining experience or investigating topics you are passionate about. Many programs' deadlines are in the first few months of the year, so mark your calendars. Many programs are competitive, do not feel discouraged if you do not get in. You can also try cold emailing professors. For more information, go to Cold Email.
